I (female) am renting out my basement and one garage parking spot, with a flexible lease of 8 or 12 months. This is not an apartment, so you would be a border; as we would share the kitchen, and laundry; but the basement has 1 bedroom, its own bathroom, a very large rec room, fireplace, as well as a gym, it just doesn't have its own entrance. I work 9-5 in Toronto, and am looking for a female upper year student who is tidy and clean. I am not asking you to clean the whole house, but to clean up after yourself. The space comes furnished with everything you see in the pics, There is also a back yard, deck, a front landing, and walking paths in the area. Google says the house is 500m from the nearest bus stop on Gordon. Also, there are traffic lights there, so coming back does not require sprinting across the street. My mother lives a few houses down so I am there often, and she comes to tend the flower beds.
